Picked up a Skelper at the Peebles market, the sauce goes perfectly with so many dishes. Love the blend between the fruity apple taste and mid spice level. Only problem is I finished the whole bottle in two days so I'll need to go back for more!
We were lucky as to get a hold of 3 of these wonderful sauces after hearing about how both yummy and applicable to anything they were. We were over the moon when we finally ascertained just how amazing and remarkable these sauces are! All three have become a staple in our household and we shall be trying out the other flavours post haste!
As a connoisseur of hot sauce I have tried a lot of brands but the Bawheid is probably as close to perfection as it gets. Lovely fruity base with added depth from the spices. It has an initial hit with an added slow burn that compliments the full flavour profile. I use it on scrambled eggs, in sandwiches and with BBQ. Super versatile and a firm favourite.
I bought the Bawheid and Roaster sauces and I have to say these are THE BEST hot sauces I have ever had. They are packed full of flavour with a nice heat to them. I find most hot sauces are just hot with no flavours. These are gorgeous and great additions to dishes. I can’t recommend these enough. Absolutely outstanding.

I have this with a chicken brie and bacon toastie - the fruity flavours go so well with it
