The porky/sausagey/cheesey one. 

With an apple, tarragon, paprika and garlic base, plus some sweet honey and treacle, this has a mild-medium heat level. 

Gorgeous with a cheese board, the fruity sweetness with a bit of chilli warmth really complements them. Add some to your apple sauce for roast pork. Spread some over a whole pork belly and marinate for a few hours, before rolling it up with herbs and cheese in the middle for a really special porchetta, or just have it on with a pie or sausage roll.
