We love to get feedback on our sauces, and so many people tell us they love the fact that ours have proper flavour.

We're really proud to announce that the 5 flavours that we entered in the National Chilli Awards 2025 all won an award. 1 Silver for Pelter, and 4 Bronzes.

We've always been a bit reticent about having even hotter flavours, in case we drowned out the flavour altogether. 

But we've recently had a few requests in quick succession on two particular topics:

• can we have a hotter sauce, please?
• can you do more vegan flavours, please?

We've been experimenting with a new flavour, and our new Bawheid sauce is finally here, which is both hotter and fully vegan.

Actually, while it's definitely a couple of notches hotter than Roaster, to satisfy the HOT sauce fans, there's still a lot of really nice, interesting flavour there too. It still won't blow your head off - it's a tongue-tingler for a few minutes, that's all.

We've got loads of ideas for other flavours, and other products too - but we're interested to hear what YOU would like us to make next.
