Glaikit is a hug in a hot sauce bottle. It's basically a fruity, herby and spicy ketchup, and pretty much goes with anything. Think roasts, roasted veg, cold cuts, cheeses, toasties. But also add a dash to soups, sauces and gravies. It's got a mild-medium warmth, similar to Skelper and Stoater - just enough to give it a little kick, but won't blow your head off.

And if you really want some magic, add a big spoonful to your baked camembert, and dive right in with some bread...!

With a peach and tomato base, it also has some cranberry in there, but also herbs and spices to give a nice roasty-toasty flavour too.

What does Glaikit mean...? It's basically the Scots slang word for 'gormless'. As in 'Get that glaikit expression off your face, and concentrate!'
